Superior Property Rental specializes in management of residential homes, town homes, condominiums, commercial, student housing and multi-family dwellings throughout Washington County. Our goals are to provide professional and timely service to ensure your experience is a positive one with us.

Upfront Fee: $200 Set-up Fee for advertising costs, detailed management inspection and marketing due at signing.

Management Fee Schedule:
1 year term – 10% Monthly management fee – $85 monthly minimum
2-year term – 7.5% Monthly management fee – $75 monthly minimum – 1st year 10% Monthly management fee – $85 monthly minimum – 2nd year

3-year term – 5% Monthly management fee – $50 monthly minimum – 1st year 7.5% Monthly management fee – $75 monthly minimum – 2nd year
10% Monthly management fee – $85 monthly minimum – 3rd year

INCLUDES:

All Advertising Costs – Professional photographing and professional virtual tour(s).
We advertise numerous paid and unpaid websites, including but not limited to SuperiorPropertyRental.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Craiglist.com, and Rently.com
Commissions, Leasing Fee, Record-Keeping costs
Strategic Marketing Plan
Thorough Credit Check / Criminal Background Check / Rental History Verification Check
HOA Rule Enforcement
Bill Pay Services (including but not limited to, HOA assessments, monthly/annual maintenance, property taxes, and insurance)

If you have a home warranty or a preferred vendor, vendor must sign “Vendor Agreement”, we will work them to facilitate any repairs for your property.
In depth inspections between tenants and semi-annual walkthrough inspections to insure your property is being taken care of.
Exclusive Web Portal Login – view reports, approve work orders (if needed), and check status on property.
Superior is a full service firm – this means we handle everything and take the worry out of owning a rental property including paying your bills. We utilize a highly successful marketing plan in order to help us turn around each property in minimal time. We provide detailed monthly reports for our owners and their tenants. We are built on simple principles of professionalism and communication.
